Federation of Youth Associations of Ghana (FEDYAG), the only officially sanctioned mouth piece of all Youth Associations of the Republic of Ghana
The Leadership of FEDYAG humbly announces to the general public to heed to Section 16 (1) of the National Youth Council Decree, 1974 (NRCD 241) which provides that:
No youth organization shall engage in any youth activities unless that organization has been registered as such by the Council.
We therefore call on all youth associations to register with the council.
It is also to be taken notice of that the Federation has the mandate to coordinate, network, and represent all youth interests both in Ghana and within the comity of nations. To this end no group or groups should hold themselves out or allow themselves to be held out as being the official mouth-piece of youth associations in Ghana.
We therefore humbly bring it to the notice of the general public that any group which so acts must be ignored in furtherance of the law.
