About Us
FEDYAG is independently established by youth associations of the Country Ghana with statutory backing via the National Youth Council Decree 241. The Federation is made up of more than 100 National Youth Associations in Ghana; and Youth based Governmental and Non-Governmental Youth Organizations. The federation brings together organized tens of millions of young people from all over Ghana, in order to represent their common interests.
Representation, internal democracy, independence, openness and inclusion are among the main principles for the functioning of the Federation and its Member Organizations.

Be the voice of young people in Ghana, where young people are considered as equal citizens, and are supported and encouraged to achieve their fullest potential as citizens of the World.
Our Mission
The Federation represents and advocates for the needs and interests of all young people in Ghana, through their positive and active participation.
Our aims
Increase the participation of young and youorganizations in the society, as well as in decision-makink processes;
Positively influence policu issues affecting young people and youth organizations, by being a recognized partner for international institutions, namely the ECOWAS, the African Union and the United Nations;
Promote the concept of youth policy as an integrated and cross-sectoral element of overall policy development;
Facilitate th eparticipation of young people through the development of sustainable and independent youth organizations at the national and international level;
Foster the exchange of ideas and experince , mutual understanding, and equal rights and opportunities among young people in Ghana;
Uphold intercultural understanding, democracy, respect, active citizenship and solidarity;
As the biggest natinal youth platform, we work to deepen the Ghanaian intgration while at the same time contributing to the development of you work in other regions of the world.
